A delicious meal of enchilada casserole, street corn salad, and ranchero beans with tea or coffee was on the menu, followed by an assortment of homemade desserts.

The Charles S. Cock House Museum, home of the iconic Cottage Kitchen, has been beautifully restored to welcome luncheon enthusiasts who enjoyed the Heritage Guild’s famous Friday feasts for nearly 50 years. Erected in 1867, this modest Greek Revival is the oldest remaining residential building in San Marcos. The grand re-opening luncheon was held April 3, 2024, and three others are scheduled this year on May 1, Sept. 4, and Oct. 2.
